In the "dog days" of July, I finally decided I had had enough of the heat and humidity.  My son recommended that I go to Northstar, so I hopped into my car one Monday and drove over.  That very afternoon, they were at my house, measuring for the correct unit.  On their recommendation, we went with the ductless split heat pump, which provides either heat or air conditioning,  and dehumidifies.   The very next day, it was installed!  I could not have been more pleased with the service.  One concern I had was how much noise would be generated, but this unit is very nearly silent, even standing outdoors right next to it!  Thanks for a cool, dry summer!

As a end-of-summer follow-up to the ductless cooling/heating installation, it is with pleasure to tell you that  the Fujitsu system works as we hoped cooling our home this past summer.  The size you recommended adequately cools the main living areas.  It is quiet and efficient.  What exceeded our expectations however is Northstar's service.  You arrived as scheduled and on time, your work was neat (inside and out), the system was thoroughly checked and you followed up after the installation. We have recommended Northstar to neighbors without hesitation.
